heh. from your last post, thought you might like it ;)

i should explain these are a series with the camera on timelapse - every 30 seconds. i removed ALL the blank images and all the ones with me at the glory hole. out of over 300 pics, you got 20...

hooray!

Awww...you went to all that trouble for ME? Hahaha...I know you didn't, but I do love the pics. Great way to capture the different steps, or some of them at least. A lot of work at the computer after a lot of harder work at the furnace. Well, you are appreciated!

I can't afford to take glass blowing classes...and, frankly, have been met with some condescension when I've asked around about who to take classes from. I've been told that, without doing an intensive internship under someone recognized, I'd never be taken seriously as a glassblower...not to mention the fact that I'm a smallish girl. *rolls eyes*

I personally find that to be a bunch of bullshit, but since I can't afford to prove them wrong right now, it'll have to wait! ;) I LOVE to do my lampwork and while I don't LOVE fusing, it does help pay the bills. :)

So, here's me anxiously awaiting more pics! Love to watch your experiments with the outdoor mud kilns, too. That's so cool...errr, hot...you know what I mean. ;0)

Hahaha...yeah, that does sound a lot better than "outdoor mud kilns"! Sorry. Meant no disrespect! :)
